Booking
Upon receipt of your booking form (from the web-site), Petra Caravan Tours will confirm by e-mail or fax.

To secure a booking, please transfer the cost of your tour no later than 4 weeks before start of services (tour). Send us the confirmation of the bank-transfer by fax.

For our tours (dates for direct booking):
Please note: If at one month before the scheduled departure date, eight people have not signed up for the trip, you will be contacted and offered the following choices:

• cancel your reservation;
• pick another departure date;
• pay a surcharge so that the tour can proceed as scheduled.

Cancellation
The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Up to 30 days before start of services:
  free
• Up to 20 days before start of services:
  20 % of cost
• Up to 10 days before start of services:
  40 % of cost
• Up to 5 days before start of services:
  75 % of cost
• 4-0 days before start of services:
  100% of cost

Responsibility
We organize and conduct the tours with wisdom and care.
We can not take any responsibility for changes in the programs or cancellation from our side in case of strikes, political unrests, war or natural disasters.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and health/accident insurance.

Dispute
In case of any dispute, the court jurisdiction is in Jordan.
